Sometime the battery protection function is activated due to overload or stuck by furniture. Please turn vacuum power button off and manually move the vacuum back to charging dock, then turn on power button.
Please regularly clean vacuum filter and remove tangled hair from brushes. It extends battery life.
If the vacuum has not been used for long time, please fully charge it at least once a month or take out the battery to avoid battery starvation.
